Capacity and layout

Plan for up to 100 guests in theater seating, 60 in classroom seating, or 200 standing. Capacity depends on the event layout and production needs; confirm your setup with our team.

Production scope

Discuss the curved video wall, mezzanine video wall, digital displays, cameras, audio, lighting, remote guests, and livestreaming. Your estimate specifies the crew, equipment, capture, and editing included.

Arrival and departure

Include setup, guest arrival, the program, guest departure, and breakdown in your requested rental window. Early access requires advance approval. Ask our team about parking validation and the route from the garage.

Food, beverage, and access

Discuss catering, beverage service, and accessibility requirements before booking. A certificate of insurance is required. Alcohol service is coordinated through MODEx; outside alcohol is not permitted.
